BIM- Building information modelling

All projects designed, from smallest to largest, are done in BIM modelling software. It enables thorough control of all aspects of building design greatly reducing design errors which may occur later during construction. From load bearing elements, HVAC systems, lighting, etc. everything is incorporated in 3d model.
